1. Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders)
If you purchase goods online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
Conditions
- Items must be returned in a resaleable condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
- Original packaging should be retained where possible.
Exceptions
The cancellation right does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalised products.
- Goods made to the customer's specifications.
- Sealed products that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all products must be:
- Of satisfactory quality.
- Fit for purpose.
- As described.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described:
Within 30 Days of Delivery
You are entitled to reject the goods and receive a full refund. We will also cover any reasonable return or collection costs.
Between 30 Days and 6 Months
You may request a repair or replacement. If a repair or replacement is unsuccessful, you may be entitled to a refund or price reduction.
