Reported fault. On one of the curtains 3days ago and despite 2 emails and numerous attempts to call ihave not had the courtesy of a reply. Is there anybody in your office?
Order #7399 I ordered a set of replacement 3m x 3m curtains for a gazebo and when they arrived realised that I had inadvertently ordered the wrong size, which should have been 2.5m x 2.5m. I have tried to contact the company by email nd shone on numerous occasions, but without any succes whatsoever. I have resent emails and left voice messages as they never answer the phone.

I recently ordered these curtains, unfortunately two had a faulty zip. I telephoned you with my complaint and was immediately told a new set would be sent with your apologies. Would of got 5 stars, however the thin canvas ties that attached to the metal posts break off after time. Also the Velcro pads that secure the top of the curtains became lose because of the stitching ( used a stapler to fix that problem)
