Good quality cushion, well made. Limited range of patterns, the one I would have chosen was not available, but what I got is fine. This is the second of these cushion s I have bought, the previous one is just stating to tear after five years.

Very thick and comfortable
Just a point to make that if you have had flatter cushions on your chairs you will find that you are unable to close the chairs to store away as before. We have bought some bungee cords to keep closed to store away.
This fits our standard relaxer chair and it looks fab

Very thick replacement cushions. Much thicker than the ones that came as standard with my frames. Pleased with the quality, but they really could do with a couple of fabric handles on the sides for carrying, as I find them very awkward to grip and carry out to the garden ( they are also quite heavy). Shame that such a quality product overlooked this, otherwise I would say 5 stars.
Also, my old cushions had ties to secure to the frame, but these have loops which I can't figure out what use they are!
Measurements on website not helpful. I think they refer to the chair frame, rather then the cushion.
Took two weeks to arrive as the courier forgot the order, but customer service very helpful and answered my call immediately so I would recommend the Garden Furniture Shop.

I sent in an email query because the measurements given on the website were not clear. There were two different measurements given. I didn't hear anything. I read the reviews and people had said that it was difficult getting replies if any problem arose. I also noted that everyone who bought replacement cushions was very happy with them. I therefore decided to risk it and sent in an order on a Friday. The cushions arrived the following Wednesday and fit my chairs perfectly. They also look really good.

The cushion quality is superb.
However my customer experience wasn't so great. I ordered on June 20th, and was told delivery would be 29th. I downloaded courier app and tracked delivery. By 13.00 on the 29h the order hadn't been collected so I started calling the company. Eventually got through only to be told the material hadn;t even been delivered. Why couldn't I have been contacted?? I wasted 5 hours waiting for a delivery that was't going to happen. I was told delivery would be early the following week
Weds 3rd Julyin the afternoon I e mailed for an update, no response to that but an e amil asking for a review ( for an order not yet received) Thursday still no response from company but about 4 pm the courier notified me of delivery on the 4th.
Your service is first class.The delivery was very quick . Our chair frames are 10 years old and very sound so it is good to know that one can still buy cushions which are a perfect fit,colourful and well made. Many thanks.
