We buy this from you approximately every 3 years. This year there is a small hole. I contacted you and was told this is where the stitchers stitch it !! Well that’s obvious but how long will it last if it already had a hole in it

A great gazebo, well made and looks great. Our roof canopy lasted 3.5 years before a small tear appeared. We had taken the canopy off each year at Autumn and put back up in the spring. The canopy are available separately as a replacement

Ordered replacement gazebo canopy after storm damaged previous one. This one seemed fine until put up when you can see strange lines in the fabric where it has been folded. It is thinned /stretched. Tried emailing and phoning Glendale but can't get through to customer services, first email ( replying to them) wouldn't go through and they haven't responded to my email on their website. Draw your own conclusions but I judge a company by how they respond to problems and unless this triggers some response they'll never see another penny from me.

needed a new roof for my gazebo rang the manufacturer up lucky they had some so order on the phone and my new roof was here in 3 days excellent quality would recommend you buy one of these gazebos
Replacement canopy to replace old one that had a split. Once in stock it was easy to order with swift delivery. Have been waiting for good weather before fitting which I have now done. Much easier to fit than the original and quality of product looks good. Now just need more sunny days so I can enjoy the gazebo. Would definitely buy again from this company.

Checked the website in early April and saw back in stock so ordered one and received it 2 days later which was great.

Brilliant sturdy gazebo and by replacing the canopy has transformed it into a brand new one! Well worth doing and to add..it was a lot easier to fit than the original one that was so tight it was almost impossible to fit!! Very happy 😊

Ordered replacement cover as original had deteriorated with age. The new canopy has been improved with a rubber-like interior lining which improves waterproofing and also, I am told, has increased UV protection. I would certainly recommend this as a replacement.
Love our gazebo. A sturdy construction and at such a reasonable price too. Ordering and delivery was spot on. Would recommend the gazebo and the company.
This is my go to place, just love it. Hopefully the weather will warm up so all the cushions can go out. The gazebo is well made and although the canopy has been replaced it’s still in great condition.
