Really friendly and helpful response to my initial enquiry. I was sent a link to the new cover I wanted. Purchased straight away, and it was despatched quickly free of charge. Took a couple of days to arrive, but i was in no rush, as its a replacement canopy as my old one is showing signs of weather related age/wear & tear. My frame is in good condition as I wipe it down with Scotoiler 365, a product designed to protect motorbikes from rust each autumn. Very pleased with my purchase.

Product looks to be OK, I'll fit it later, possibly April. The logistics of getting a replacement had issues. Had originally tried to order a replacement in early 2025, was told it would arrive later and I would be informed when it was available. No updates sent. In early 2026 I checked the web site and it was available so I ordered one. Delivery by DX was a farce. Didn't arrive on day scheduled, their system said returned to depot. It was delivered to my door the next day, but the DX system said it had been left with a neighbour. Attempts to get an answer from DX during this time was impossible. Emails to various addresses for the supplier bounced back, tried contacting by phone but they were never answered. As a consequence I'd use another supplier if I need another replacement.
THIS IS THE SECOND MARCO POLO ROOF FOR GAZEBO THAT WE HAVE PURCHASED IN THE LAST FEW YEARS. CANOPY IS WATERPROOF, EXCELLENT FIT AND EASY TO PUT ON THE GAZEBO FRAME. LOOKING FORWARD TO SOME WARM DAYS WHEN WE CAN EAT OUTSIDE IN THE GAZEBO. LAST YEAR IT WAS SO HOT BUT THE GAZEBO TURNED OUT TO BE A REAL BONUS - KEPT US COOL AND IN THE SHADE WHEN IT GOT REALLY HOT. DELIVERY WAS EXCELLENT. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

So pleased with it. I had sent regretfully, for a cheaper one from another supplier, it was just awful. Saw this one advertised which was like the original one I had and which lasted a good few years. Pleased to say this one is perfect and much better quality.
