I've had my Monaco gazebo for around 4-5 years and it has seen some pretty harsh weather. Even with the heaviest of rain there has been no water ingress. The main frame is very sturdy and good for years to come. The canopy was seeing some effect of the weather, however, but no more than I expected. From the depths of my memory (I didn't usually need to because gazebos never lasted this long before!) I remembered the make and model and decided to see if I could replace the canopy. I was in luck and ordered a replacement from The Garden Furniture Shop - the retail arm of the suppliers - It arrived in a couple of days and took me about 20 minutes to change over. I now have a nice refreshed gazebo and am hoping for some nice weather to now get out in the garden to utilise it.
the new canopy has transformed my gazebo once more. All of these things age ... and next door's cats don't help either! This canopy will ensure yet another season of garden enhancement. Very pleased with the Monaco model

Exactly what we wanted, it was a perfect match for the original. only one small problem was the fact that it was sent to the wrong address. Lucky we had the details of where it was sent too, so my wife went round to collect it as it was just around the corner. Good job she went round because I think the person there would have kept it. Sent a message to the company but had no response.
Its not the canopy we have a problem with it was the overall service. First I sent an email asking where our canopy was as it was nearly a week and we hadn’t received it, but no reply. I then filled in their on line form, no reply. I contacted them via telephone and I was told they lost the ticket as they deal with paper orders. They needed the ticket to send it out from their warehouse. It was then delivered to the wrong address. I did some detective work and found out myself where it was and went to collect it. I have emailed them to find out why this happened and yet again no response.
Was told gazebo roof would be back in stock May/June. Checked everyday and messaged your company twice. Rang and was sent wrong roof. I am sorry but not at all happy with your company.
Bought this canopy 2 seasons ago but unfortunately, even being outside only from April to October each time (the canopy & curtains are stored in a box for winter) the canopy cover has spilt in several places due to what appears to be caused by u v rays. We are very disappointed that it has had such a short life span. Worse still we can’t get a replacement as it’s out of stock and not expected in again until sometime in 2026 if that actually happens. We now have just a metal frame !

I purchased a Glendale Monaco Gazebo a few months ago. Unfortunately I damaged the canopy when fitting. I have tried to ring numerous times and emailed at least 7 times with only one reply at first which was "We will get back to you". I have a.lovely gazebo eith tape holding the canopy together. Quick to sell but no backup support if you have a problem
Sorry but I had to send it back , BUT your after sales was fantastic no hassle, it was my fault , I didn't read the description of product sold to me , but you took it back with a full refund ,great service no hassle
