Great little gazebo. So easy to erect, I did it On my own. Delivery was quick but unfortunately it was delivered to the wrong address even though the parcel was correctly addressed. I had to go and find it from my neighbours

The canopy for the gazebo fits nicely
We have two of these Venice Gazebos which have been fantastic. We use them as semi-permanent structures, removing the canopies only when the weather gets too windy and they have lasted remarkably well. Eventually however one of them started to get damaged and we were delighted to find that replacements were easy to source. The replacement came very quickly.

Purchased replacement canopy for our 4x3m Venice gazebo. The original one that was supplied with the gazebo had not lasted very well but this new replacement is clearly much better weight and quality. Easy to fit and the garden looks complete and ready for summer.

I bought our 2.5m x 2.5m Venice gazebo about 3 years ago to provide additional shelter by our Jacuzzi. We have therefore left the roof on throughout the year, as the area is quite sheltered. The old roof canopy was looking tired, but the metal frame is still like new. I searched online and found this replacement canopy. I hoped it would be as good as the original and I’m thrilled with it - a perfect fit and the gazebo is like new again. Thoroughly recommended!

Delivery was fast, quality is good but we only have one thing to say that’s not too good and that’s the canopy was cut a bit too tight and as we’re sure the frame hasn’t shrunk we think the size is a tiny bit off.
The new roof arrived in good time. Was easy to fit. Second roof we have had.
Arrived earlier than expected which was a bonus. Good quality. However, it was an exceptionally tight fit and one corner ripped slightly.

Our gazebo roof ripped so a replacement was required. The orderiing process was simple, however, the company have just changed delivery firm. We were notified of delivery giving 4 days notice. Having stayed in the delivery was not made. This resulted in me having to contact the company, who having advised the delivery agent ran out of time, advised it would be delivered next day - when we had an important hospital apppintment. Next day the delivery agent advised the delivery window an hour after we left for the hospital. Good customer service, excellent product lousy delivery agent.
Not put it up yet but my last one lasted about 8 years Used to take it down before the winter months

I have two of these gazebos which stay up most of the year. Every year or two I replace one of the canopies as inevitably they suffer a build-up of UV and wind damage . Delivery is always prompt.
Bought as a replacement as the storms damaged the previous one. Not put on yet as waiting for better weather. As i have bought like for like, i have no reason to doubt its quality
